High evening cortisol is why you wake up in the middle of the night. Ashwagandha works with nightly use, long-term. So we set 300 mg of root extract for every evening, not a one-off megadose. For context: in a randomized trial (Salve et al., Cureus, 2019) 600 mg a day lowered serum cortisol by 32.6% over 8 weeks.

Why should I trust you?
Because it's easier not to — we're a new brand with a small first batch. What we do: we publish the ingredient certificates (COA) on the Science page — for three of the seven they arrive with the first production batch; the batch is registered with BFSA; production is in BG under ODBH oversight; the company is LEVEL 8 Ltd., ID 208697165, look it up in the Trade Registry.
What if it doesn't work for me?
By law you have 14 days to return an unopened box, no questions, 100% refund. If you've already opened it and you're not happy, write to support@luralab.eu, a human will reply. We don't promise "money back if it doesn't work": a box you've already drunk can't be returned.
How fast will I feel something?
Magnesium + L-theanine + L-Glycine: from the first evening (easier falling asleep). Choline bitartrate: cumulative effect over time. Myo-inositol: 2-3 cycles for women with PMS. Ashwagandha: 4-8 weeks of daily use. No quick miracles, but no "come back in a year" either.
I take meds, can I take it?
The ingredients are sold freely. But if you're taking something for thyroid, blood pressure, hormones or antidepressants, ask your doctor. Ashwagandha can mildly intensify sedatives.
Are there side effects?
For most people, no. No inulin, only a mild prebiotic fiber (FOS) in a small amount, so the risk of bloating is low. Magnesium bisglycinate is bound to glycine, so it doesn't irritate the stomach. The first few days your body may notice a change while it adjusts.
I'm pregnant / breastfeeding, can I take it?
Pregnant or breastfeeding, no, not without a doctor's approval. Ashwagandha hasn't been studied enough in pregnancy. Safety first.
Do you sell only Corti-Glow?
No. Corti-Glow is our own formula — the recipe and the label are ours. Around it we keep a small shelf of products by another Bulgarian manufacturer: ashwagandha, magnesium citrate with a B complex, bovine collagen powder, multivitamins for women and more. We resell them and say so on every one of their pages. It is all in the Shop.
