Twelve ingredients in two tablets: vitamin A 1000 µg (125% NRV), B1 14 mg (1273%), B6 10 mg (714%), B12 50 µg (2000%), vitamin C 100 mg (125%), vitamin D3 35 µg / 1400 IU (700%), vitamin E 100 mg (833%), selenium 100 µg (182%), chromium 100 µg (250%), zinc citrate 50 mg, inositol 400 mg and coenzyme Q10 20 mg. The amounts and percentages are for the two-tablet daily dose, not for one tablet.

Two tablets a day, with food. The 60-tablet pack lasts 30 days.

Chromium carries an authorised EU claim: it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. The daily dose holds 100 µg, 250% of the reference intake, well above the threshold at which the claim may be used at all. Weight-management claims for chromium have been submitted and all were rejected: you will read nothing about weight here.

The EU-authorised claims here belong to selenium and vitamin A: selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. The daily dose holds 100 µg of selenium (182% of the reference intake) and 1000 µg of vitamin A (125%). Zinc carries such a claim too, but the label prints the weight of the salt, 50 mg of zinc citrate, rather than the amount of elemental zinc: without that second figure no percentage can be worked out, and we use no claim.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal nails. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin C and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamine (B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Because neither of them carries an authorised health claim in the EU. For those two we state only the amount and the form: 400 mg of inositol and 20 mg of coenzyme Q10 per daily dose.

The label prints "zinc citrate 50 mg" with no percentage of the nutrient reference value and no statement of how much of it is elemental zinc. So we attribute no claim to the zinc and do not work the percentage out ourselves: we have asked the manufacturer for the specification, and until it arrives the number stands exactly as printed.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and should be kept out of the reach of small children.
