Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act gives you 14 days to withdraw from unopened goods. That is your right, not an offer of ours, so we write it as it stands and never call it a guarantee.
What applies, and what does not
Unopened goods · Art. 50 CPA
The right of withdrawal under Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act runs for 14 days from delivery and applies to UNOPENED goods. Write to us with your order number and send the box back sealed; return postage is at your own cost (Art. 55(2)). We refund within 14 days, by the same method you paid. Unsealed food falls outside the right of withdrawal (Art. 57(5)), so an opened box of supplements cannot be taken back: that is the law, not a condition of ours. A defect claim is separate. If the parcel arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we replace it and the return shipping is on us.

We'll send you a shipping label. Put the product in its original packaging and drop it at the nearest courier office.

After inspection (usually 1–2 business days), we refund to the original payment method. 5–7 business days to land in your bank.
Important: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong — in those cases we cover the courier.

How long does delivery take?

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes — contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If the package has already shipped, you can contact the courier directly using the tracking number.
What if I'm not home when delivered to address?

The courier will try to call you. If they can't reach you, the package will be held at the nearest courier office for 7 days.
Do you ship internationally?

For now we ship only within Bulgaria. We plan international shipping to Romania, Greece and Germany by the end of 2026.
