When it arrives

Most orders arrive the next business day. During holidays it can take up to 3–4 days.

How you pay

Card online

Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The payment goes through Stripe (PCI-DSS).

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when you collect the parcel. No extra fee.

By law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the order if the box is unopened (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).

What applies, and what does not

Write to us with your order number and send the box back sealed. Return postage is at your own cost (Art. 55(2)). We refund within 14 days, by the same method you paid. Unsealed food falls outside the right of withdrawal (Art. 57(5)), so an opened box of supplements cannot be taken back. A defect claim is separate: if the parcel arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we replace it and the return shipping is on us.

You can use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to: an email with your order number is enough.

Quickest is online: Cancel your order here. You give your name, the order number and your email, confirm, and we send you an acknowledgement by email with the date and time.

How to return, step by step

   Write to us

   Use Cancel your order here or email support@luralab.eu with your order number. We reply within 24 hours.

   Send the box

   We'll send you a shipping label for the return parcel. Put the product in its original packaging and drop it at the nearest courier office. The parcel goes back to the sender's address on the waybill your order came with.

3. 3

   Get your money back

   After inspection (usually 1–2 business days) we refund to the original payment method. It takes 5–7 business days to reach your bank.
