Who is behind LURA
I started LURA because I was tired of watching boxes pile up in the cupboard.
The women around me bought supplements with hope. By the third week the box sat in the cupboard, because nobody had told them what was for what and when they would feel anything.
That is why LURA is not a hundred products. Seven boxes, chosen by problem, that say exactly what is inside, and a plan for the first 30 days so you do not stop in week three. The eighth, our own evening sachet, is on its way.

When will I feel a difference?
It is different for everyone. That is why the plan is 30 days: one box, every day, at the same time. The plan is at luralab.eu/plans/lura-plan-30-dni.pdf, the app reminds you, and the diary shows you how the weeks go. If after a month you notice nothing, write to us and we will think together about what to change.
Can I take it with other medication, or while pregnant?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist and show them the label. The amount of every ingredient is written on the box and on the product page, precisely so you have something to show them.
How much is delivery and when does it arrive?
We ship with Econt or Speedy within 1 to 2 working days. The courier price is shown in the basket before you confirm, depending on whether it is to an office or an address.
How do I pay?
To the courier, after you see the parcel: in cash or by card. You can also pay online by card if you prefer.
Can I return the box?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, unopened, as the law provides. Write to us and we tell you how.
