In the order they appear on the box, each with its own amount. The sachet dissolves in 200 ml of water and is taken once a day, in the evening.

  1. L-Glycine

    2000 mgAmino acidThe simplest amino acid. It tastes slightly sweet, which is where its name comes from. One sachet holds 2000 mg.

  2. Myo-Inositol

    2000 mgVitamin-like compoundIt sounds like something from a lab, yet it is in oranges and beans. One sachet holds 2000 mg.

  3. Magnesium Bisglycinate

    670 mgMineralThe mineral your body cannot make on its own. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. One sachet holds 134 mg of magnesium, 35.7% of the reference intake.

  4. Ashwagandha

  5. Choline
