The LURA diary

Your first 30 days. With more clarity.

A practical guide to organising supplement use and your own observations. Not treatment, a promise of results or a mandatory supplement combination.

Before you start
Read the label: ingredients, daily dose, warnings and storage. If you take medication, have a condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, discuss the specific product with a doctor or pharmacist.
Days 1–7: record a starting point
Record sleep, stress and energy in the diary. If you already take a supplement, record which one and follow its directions. Do not start several new products just because they share a category.
Days 8–14: find a practical routine
Choose a convenient time for entries and, where applicable, for use according to the label. A missed entry can stay missed. For a missed dose, follow the product directions rather than compensating on your own.
Days 15–21: consider the context
Review several days together. Note unusual workload, travel or routine changes. A difference in ratings does not establish an effect from a supplement.
Days 22–30: consider what comes next
Gather your questions and compare entries. Day thirty is not a deadline for results or an automatic reason to buy another pack. Seek medical advice for persistent or worsening symptoms.

You can follow the guide with just a diary, without buying anything. If you suspect an adverse reaction, stop use and seek medical advice.
