We built the formula
we wanted for ourselves.
We didn't start from a business plan. We started from sleepless nights, exhaustion and the question "why isn't there something that actually works?"
The story
We kept seeing
the same story.
Women around us — partners, sisters, colleagues — going through the same thing every month. Bloating, poor sleep, on-edge before their period. Trying magnesium, ashwagandha, inositol — separately, expensive, with no result.
The problem wasn't a lack of ingredients. The problem was that no one puts them together — with real doses, for the right moment: in the evening, before sleep.
So we built Corti-Glow. We found a lab with a certificate for every batch and put in the doses from the studies — not token amounts for the label.

Philosophy
Clinical doses,
not marketing doses.
If the study says 300 mg, we put in 300 mg. Not 50 mg "for the label".
Full doses
Inositol in supplements is often 500 mg per dose. Corti-Glow has 2000 mg — the dose from the studies. It's on the label.
Small batches
We produce in limited runs. Every batch comes with a certificate of analysis. We control every gram, from the raw material to the sachet.

We're not on the pharmacy shelf. We sell direct, no middlemen, no distributor markups. Quality at the right price.
