Seven ingredients. What each one is and where it comes from.
- L-glycine · 2000 mg
The simplest amino acid. Its name comes from the Greek word for sweet, and it really does taste slightly sweet.
- Myo-inositol · 2000 mg
It occurs naturally in fruit, beans and whole grains. In the sachet it is a fine white powder.
- Magnesium · 134 mg · 35.7%
From magnesium bisglycinate, that is, magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine.
- Ashwagandha, root extract · 300 mg
A shrub from the dry regions of India. The sachet holds only the extract of its root.
- Choline · 250 mg
A nutrient that eggs contain too. Here it comes from choline bitartrate.
- L-theanine · 200 mg
An amino acid found in the leaves of tea.
- Vitamin B6 · 1.4 mg · 100%
As pyridoxine hydrochloride. One sachet covers the whole daily reference value.
Besides them: prebiotic fibre (fructooligosaccharides), stevia, apple cider vinegar, natural “forest fruits” flavouring and red grape skin extract. The exact list is on the box.
