The magnesium comes from magnesium bisglycinate (670 mg), the choline from choline bitartrate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride.

What is in one sachet?
Seven active ingredients, each with its own amount: L-glycine 2000 mg, myo-inositol 2000 mg, magnesium 134 mg (from 670 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, 35.7% of the reference intake), ashwagandha root extract 300 mg, choline 250 mg, L-theanine 200 mg and vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% of the reference intake). For taste and colour: prebiotic fibre (fructooligosaccharides), stevia, apple cider vinegar, natural forest-fruit flavouring and red grape skin extract.
How do I prepare it?
Pour one sachet into 200 ml of water, stir and drink. Once a day, in the evening. What you get is a pale pink drink that tastes of forest fruits.
What does it taste like?
Forest fruits, sweetened with stevia. The drink is pale pink, and the colour comes from red grape skin, not dye.

Who should not take it?
