What goes into the dose, and why
The evening finally goes quiet. Tired — and still awake. Cortisol, the hormone that keeps the body on alert, is supposed to drop as the day ends. In heavy weeks, and in the days before your period, it takes its time: the mind keeps working exactly when the body wants rest.
Corti-Glow is an evening sachet: a pink powder you stir into a glass of cold water before bed. It is not a pill, because 5.4 grams of active ingredients do not fit in a capsule. We print every amount: myo-inositol 2000 mg, L-glycine 2000 mg, magnesium bisglycinate 670 mg (134 mg elemental magnesium), ashwagandha root extract 300 mg, choline 250 mg, L-theanine 200 mg, vitamin B6 at 100% of the reference intake. No proprietary blends. Notified with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency.

Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Those are the EU-authorised claims — for the other ingredients we state the dose and what published studies show, with the source.
Ashwagandha root
In Sanskrit the name means “smell of horse”, after the scent of the fresh root.
L-theanine
Found almost only in tea leaves. Outside tea it has been found in a single mushroom.
Magnesium bisglycinate
Here the magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. Hence the name.
L-glycine
The smallest amino acid: the only one without a side chain.
Myo-inositol
Isolated in 1850 from muscle. The name comes from the Greek word for sinew.
Choline bitartrate
Choline bound to tartaric acid. The bitartrate is the salt that keeps it dry.
Vitamin B6
Named after the pyridine ring in its molecule.

The share of the daily intake
The reference intake is the amount the EU takes to be enough for an average adult in a day. Over 100% means one serving covers that day and a little over it. “—” means the manufacturer prints no such percentage for that ingredient: reference values exist only for vitamins and minerals, and the EU's authorised health claims belong to those — not to plant extracts, collagen, inositol or coenzyme Q10. The figure is a quantity, not a benefit.

What is inside and how to take it
How is it different from sleeping pills?
Sleeping pills are usually medicines or melatonin. Corti-Glow is neither: it is a food supplement, with no melatonin and no substance with a sedative action. The magnesium in it contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue — that is the authorised claim. You will not read a promise like "asleep in 20 minutes" here.
What is in one sachet?
Myo-inositol 2000 mg, L-glycine 2000 mg, magnesium bisglycinate 670 mg (134 mg elemental magnesium), ashwagandha root extract 300 mg, choline bitartrate 250 mg, L-theanine 200 mg and vitamin B6 at 100% of the daily reference intake. Plus prebiotic fibre (FOS), natural forest-fruit flavouring and stevia for sweetness.
How do I prepare it?
Stir 1 sachet into 250 ml of cold water — about ten seconds, it dissolves without clumps. Cold as per the label; no warm water needed. Add ice if you like. Drink it 30–60 minutes before bed, one dose a day.
What does cortisol have to do with it?
Cortisol is the hormone that keeps the body on alert. By the book it drops in the evening. The page mentions it because that is the hour the sachet is built for: it is taken before bed, not in the morning with coffee. It carries 300 mg of ashwagandha root extract, and magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function.
Why does it say "for the days before your period"?
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity — an EU-authorised claim, and the reason the formula is built around those days. The myo-inositol is at the dose used in clinical studies in women: 2000 mg. Beyond the authorised claims, we attribute no effect to anything in the sachet.
What does it taste like?
Forest fruits. The powder is pink, the drink pale pink. Stevia does the sweetening. If the first glass tastes too sweet, use more water — the dose does not depend on how much water you use.
