Terms and Conditions.

Under Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in original packaging and unopened. See the procedure in the "Returns" section. You may also use the model withdrawal form (section 11), but you do not have to.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online, on the page Cancel your order here (the link is also at the bottom of every page and next to your order). If you use it, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email without undue delay, including its content and the date and time of its submission (Art. 52a of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).

• An active credit is valid for 30 days; unused credits roll over to your next referral
• Referral codes do NOT stack with campaign codes (the larger discount applies)

You do not have to use it. A clear statement that you are withdrawing from the order is enough, for example an email to support@luralab.eu (Art. 52(2) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). The order number helps us find it faster. It is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends (Art. 52(3)). Below is the model form from Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU with our details: copy it into an email or print it.
