Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between „ЛЕВЕЛ 8" ЕООД and users of the website luralab.eu when purchasing products. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Orders are placed through the website. Payment is made by card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex via Stripe) or cash on delivery. All prices are in euro and include VAT.

Delivery takes 1–2 business days via your chosen courier (Speedy, ExpressOne, SAMEDAY). Shipping is priced at checkout at courier rates. Full details on the shipping page.

Under Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in original packaging and unopened. See the procedure in the "Returns" section.

We stand behind our products. If there's a defect or damaged packaging on delivery, contact us at support@luralab.eu — we cover return shipping and send a replacement.

On your first successful order you get a personal referral code (e.g. "MARIA") you can share with friends. When your friend orders with it:

• She gets 5% off her first order (one-time)
• You earn credit worth 5% of her order
• Credits queue up — you can have 1 active credit at a time
• An active credit is valid for 30 days; unused credits roll over to your next referral
• Referral codes do NOT stack with campaign codes (the larger discount applies)

Fair use: the code is only valid for new customers, cannot be used on your own orders, and LURA reserves the right to cancel credit on abuse. Full details in the privacy policy.

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent disease. During pregnancy, breastfeeding, chronic conditions or when taking medication — consult a doctor before use.

We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always on the website, and the last updated date is at the top of the page.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may file a complaint with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) — 1 Vrabcha St., fl. 3–5, 1000 Sofia, kzp.bg, phone 0700 111 22 — or refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body under Art. 181a et seq. of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (the General Conciliation Commission at the CPC). The supervisory authority for food supplements is the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA).
