Yes! Corti-Glow is designed as a daily supplement. The ingredients work best with consistent accumulation over time.
It tastes like a light, refreshing cocktail of wild strawberry and lime. Not bland, dissolves fully. We use stevia, so no blood sugar spike.
Although the ingredients are natural, we always recommend consulting a doctor before taking during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Day 3 — easier falling asleep. Day 7 — reduced bloating. Day 14 — skin looks fresher. Day 30 — you feel the full difference (energy, mood, cycle). Consistent use is key to lasting results.
Corti-Glow is made from natural ingredients and is well tolerated. Rarely you may experience mild stomach sensitivity at the start, which passes.
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
Myo-inositol is a vitamin-like compound the body produces naturally. At 2000mg it has been studied in women with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) — a meta-analysis in Gynecological Endocrinology shows improved menstrual regularity and insulin sensitivity. In Corti-Glow it is included for its effect on cycle regulation and sugar cravings caused by insulin swings. Not a medicine; does not replace treatment for PCOS.
Bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It absorbs at over 80% bioavailability and doesn't irritate the stomach — unlike citrate or oxide, which at higher doses can have a laxative effect. Glycine itself has a calming action. In Corti-Glow we use bisglycinate (670mg, of which 100mg is elemental magnesium) — the form that reaches the brain and muscles without stomach discomfort.
300mg extract of Withania somnifera root, standardized to at least 5% withanolides. In a randomized double-blind trial (Chandrasekhar et al., 2012, 64 participants) serum cortisol dropped 27.9% over 60 days vs. placebo. The 300mg dose matches the one used in the study. The ashwagandha is not KSM-66 (a branded extract) but a generic high-concentration extract meeting the same withanolide standard.
Melatonin is a hormone — it tells the brain to sleep, but does not address the cause of insomnia. L-theanine (200mg, an amino acid from green tea) raises alpha brain waves and boosts GABA, serotonin and dopamine. The effect is calm without drowsiness — the mind stops racing and you fall asleep naturally. It kicks in at around 40 minutes. Unlike melatonin, there is no risk of dependency or morning grogginess.
Open one sachet and pour it into 250ml of cold water. Stir well — it dissolves fully, no lumps. Add ice and squeeze fresh lime if you like. Drink 30-60 minutes before bed. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. The pink colour comes from natural beetroot extract.
The ingredients in Corti-Glow are sold over-the-counter as dietary supplements. But if you take medications for thyroid, blood pressure, hormone therapy or antidepressants — consult a doctor. Ashwagandha may interact with thyroid medications, and magnesium can affect absorption of some antibiotics.
We don't recommend it. The doses in one sachet are clinical — they match the amounts used in studies. More is not better. 2000mg of myo-inositol and 300mg of ashwagandha per day are enough for effect. If you have a specific health issue, talk to a doctor.
Ordinary magnesium addresses only one path — muscle relaxation and sleep. Corti-Glow combines 7 active ingredients that work through different mechanisms: L-glycine for faster sleep onset, myo-inositol for hormonal balance, ashwagandha KSM-66® for cortisol, CDP-choline for morning mental clarity, L-theanine for a calm mind, and vitamin B6 for hormonal activity. Magnesium is one of seven ingredients, not the whole product.
It depends on the cause. If the problem is jet lag or shift work — melatonin helps, because it directly signals to the brain when it's night. If the problem is stress, racing thoughts in the evening and tension — Corti-Glow addresses the cause. Magnesium bisglycinate relaxes muscles, L-theanine calms the mind, ashwagandha lowers cortisol. Melatonin does none of that. Corti-Glow contains no melatonin — the goal is natural sleep.

When cortisol (the stress hormone) is chronically elevated, the body stores fat mainly around the belly. It's not a question of calories — even women who eat well and train can have this accumulation. Ashwagandha KSM-66® in Corti-Glow is included based on research showing -27% serum cortisol over 60 days. Combined with myo-inositol (for hormonal balance and steadier blood sugar) and L-glycine (for calmer, deeper sleep), it works on several of the mechanisms linked to cortisol-driven storage.
Myo-inositol (2000mg in Corti-Glow) is the most-studied supplement for PCOS. A meta-analysis (Unfer et al., 2017) shows improved menstrual regularity, ovulation and insulin sensitivity. Ashwagandha complements by lowering cortisol — elevated stress worsens PCOS. Corti-Glow is not a medicine and does not replace medical treatment. Consult an endocrinologist for a specific plan.
