FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Is it safe for daily use?
Yes! Corti-Glow is designed as a daily supplement. The ingredients work best with consistent accumulation over time.
What does it taste like?
It tastes of forest fruits, fresh and slightly tart. Not bland, and it dissolves fully. Sweetened with stevia, no sugar. The pink colour comes from red grape skin extract.
Can I take it while pregnant?
No. Ashwagandha is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy — do not take Corti-Glow without explicit approval from your doctor.
When will I feel results?
The honest answer: we do not promise a timeframe. Every body is different, and anyone who gives you an exact date is making it up. What we do know: one sachet every evening, not every other day, and a box is thirty evenings. Consistency matters more than speed.
Are there side effects?
Corti-Glow is made from natural ingredients and is well tolerated. Rarely you may experience mild stomach sensitivity at the start, which passes.
How should I store the product?
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
What is myo-inositol and why is it in Corti-Glow?
Myo-inositol is a vitamin-like compound the body makes on its own, around two grams a day; the rest comes from food, mostly citrus, legumes and whole grains. It is the most common of the nine inositol isomers: about 95% of the inositol in the body is this one. The sachet contains 2000 mg, the largest single amount in the formula. For comparison, inositol capsules on the shelf are usually 500 or 600 mg. It is not a medicine and does not replace treatment.
What is the difference between magnesium bisglycinate and citrate?
Bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It absorbs significantly better and doesn't irritate the stomach — unlike citrate or oxide, which at higher doses can have a laxative effect. Glycine itself has a calming action. In Corti-Glow we use bisglycinate (670mg, of which 100mg is elemental magnesium) — the form that reaches the brain and muscles without stomach discomfort.
How much ashwagandha is there and what is the effect?
300 mg of Withania somnifera root extract (≥5% withanolides). The sachet contains 300 mg of root extract, for every evening. Root, not leaf: the leaf is the cheap part, which is exactly why so many labels just say "ashwagandha" without naming the part. The effect builds over time; it is not instant. The extract is a generic root extract, not a branded one.
Why L-theanine and not melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone — it tells the brain to sleep, but does not work on the cause of insomnia. L-theanine is an amino acid from green tea: in studies at 200 mg, relaxation without drowsiness was observed (Hidese et al., 2019) — the sachet contains exactly 200 mg. Unlike melatonin, it is not a hormone and there are no data pointing to dependency or morning grogginess.
How do you prepare Corti-Glow?
Open one sachet and pour it into 200-300ml of cold water. Stir well — it dissolves fully, no lumps. Add ice if you like. Drink 30-60 minutes before bed. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. The pink colour comes from red grape skin extract.
Can I take it with medications?
The ingredients in Corti-Glow are sold over-the-counter as dietary supplements. But if you take medications for thyroid, blood pressure, hormone therapy or antidepressants — consult a doctor. Ashwagandha may interact with thyroid medications, and magnesium can affect absorption of some antibiotics.
Can I drink more than one sachet per day?
We don't recommend it. The doses in one sachet are clinical — they match the amounts used in studies. More is not better. 2000mg of myo-inositol and 300mg of ashwagandha per day are enough for effect. If you have a specific health issue, talk to a doctor.
What is the difference between Corti-Glow and ordinary magnesium?
Ordinary magnesium is one ingredient. Corti-Glow contains 7 active ingredients at the doses they were studied at: magnesium bisglycinate 670 mg, L-glycine 2000 mg, myo-inositol 2000 mg, ashwagandha 300 mg (root extract), L-theanine 200 mg, choline bitartrate 250 mg and vitamin B6. Magnesium contributes to normal nervous-system and muscle function, and B6 to the regulation of hormonal activity (authorised EU claims). The remaining ingredients are included based on published studies — the numbers and sources are on the Science page.
Corti-Glow vs melatonin — which is better for sleep?
It depends on the cause. For jet lag or shift work melatonin makes sense — it signals the brain that it is night. Corti-Glow takes a different route: magnesium contributes to normal nervous-system function (authorised EU claim), and the ashwagandha is 300 mg of root extract, on its own line on the box. Corti-Glow contains no melatonin.
How much does it cost and are there discounts?
One box (30 sachets, for 1 month) is €49.99. Pack of 2 boxes — €89.99 (you save €10). Pack of 3 boxes — €119.99 (you save €30). Delivery is charged separately — you see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery.
How is it shipped and how long does it take?
Shipping is with a courier of your choice: Speedy, ExpressOne or SAMEDAY, to an office or to your address. Order processing: up to 1 business day. Delivery: 1-2 business days. By law you have 14 days to withdraw from an unopened order. Unsealed food is exempt from withdrawal, and return postage is at your cost.
Why is the sachet made for the evening rather than the morning?
When cortisol (the stress hormone) is chronically elevated, the body stores fat mainly around the belly. It is not a question of calories — even women who eat well and train can have this pattern. The ashwagandha in Corti-Glow is 300 mg of root extract, the myo-inositol is 2000 mg and the L-glycine is 2000 mg. Every number is its own line on the box. The full composition is on the Science page.
What is in the sachet, and in what amounts?
We are not going to answer that with a promise, because we must not and because it would not be honest. Corti-Glow is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it does not replace treatment. What we can tell you is the composition: 2000 mg of myo-inositol per sachet, the largest single amount in the formula, plus 300 mg of ashwagandha root extract. With a diagnosis, the plan belongs with an endocrinologist, and any supplement is discussed there.
The evening can be different.
