Anyone who has tried drinking apple cider vinegar knows the routine: dilute, grit your teeth, swallow fast.
Appetite Stop puts the apple cider vinegar into a dissolving tablet. You drop two into a glass of warm water, wait for them to dissolve and drink slowly, without the sharp taste.

One formula, four flavours

What is inside and how to take it
How much apple cider vinegar is in a tablet?
300 mg of apple cider vinegar per tablet, 600 mg in the two-tablet daily dose. The rest of the composition is magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate), prebiotic fibre — fructo-oligosaccharides (GOFOS) — and natural fruit flavouring.
How long does a pack last?
The pack holds 60 tablets — 30 days at the two-tablet daily dose. The full recommended three-month period therefore means three packs.
Why a tablet instead of liquid vinegar?
Liquid apple cider vinegar sits at about pH 2.5. That is why dietitians tell you to dilute it and drink it through a straw: used regularly, that acid wears down tooth enamel. The tablet dissolves in warm water and sidesteps the problem.
I was looking for apple cider vinegar capsules — is this it?
These are effervescent tablets, not capsules. A capsule is swallowed whole; the dissolvable tablet becomes a cup of warm drink before a meal, and the acid arrives already diluted. The amount is printed: 600 mg of apple cider vinegar in the two-tablet daily dose.
Do the four flavours differ?
By the label, the composition is the same in all four. Only the natural flavouring changes: strawberry, raspberry, blackberry or orange.
How long is apple cider vinegar taken for?
The label sets the daily dose, two tablets, and sets no end date. The 60-tablet pack lasts a month. Start with one tablet because of the prebiotic fibre.
Is the product notified to the Bulgarian food agency?
Yes — no. П022402647 of 18.04.2024. Food supplements in Bulgaria are notified to the Food Safety Agency, not "approved" or "certified" by it: the number means the product is entered in the register with this composition. You can check it yourself in the public register.
Safety and claims
Can it cause bloating?
The prebiotic fibre can cause gas or bloating at the start — which is why you begin with a single tablet. It is not recommended if you have irritable bowel syndrome. The product also contains sodium hydrogen carbonate.
