What it is.
Ashwagandha is a shrub from the same family as tomatoes and potatoes. It is also called Indian ginseng, although it is no relative of true ginseng.
The name comes from Sanskrit and means roughly "smell of horse": that is how the freshly dug root smells.

Corti-Glow is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The box says so too.
