What it is.

Despite the name, Siberian ginseng is not ginseng. True ginseng is another genus of plant. Eleuthero is a thorny shrub from the same botanical family, with a different make-up.

The name "Siberian ginseng" appeared in the 1960s and 70s, when the plant headed for Western markets and traders wanted a familiar sound.

In the United States, since 2002 a label may not call it ginseng. There the word is kept for the true one.

80 mg in the daily dose.

In FEMME O2 it is an extract: 40 mg per capsule, 80 mg in the daily dose.

It is the smallest of the three amounts in the capsule, next to the tribulus and the maca.
